1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the we88my website, mobile-optimised site, and all related sub-pages, services, and software made available by we88my.
• "Member" means any individual who has successfully registered an account on the Platform and whose account remains in good standing.
• "Account" means the individual account registered by a Member to access the Platform's services.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any real-money stake placed by a Member on any game, sporting event, or other outcome offered through the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or other promotional benefit granted to a Member subject to applicable bonus terms.

2 Eligibility

By registering on we88my, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are legally permitted to engage in online gambling activity under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence;
• You are registering voluntarily and are not acting under compulsion or for the benefit of any third party;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of we88my or its gaming software or payment providers;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from we88my or permanently banned from the Platform under any previous account;
• The funds you deposit and wager are derived from legitimate sources and do not constitute proceeds of criminal activity.

3 Account Registration & Management

Each individual may register only one (1) account on we88my. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same identity, different identities, or through shared devices or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. we88my reserves the right to require documentary verification of any information you provide, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (MyKad for Malaysian nationals);
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 3 months);
• Source of funds declaration for high-volume depositing members.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. we88my will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to protect your username and password. You must notify we88my support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

we88my accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via approved Malaysian payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

• Minimum Deposit: RM1 (method-dependent minimums may apply).
• Minimum Withdrawal: RM30 unless otherwise stated on the withdrawal page.
• Withdrawal Processing: e-Wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes; bank transfer withdrawals within 1 business day. Processing times may extend during periods of high volume or pending KYC verification.
• KYC Requirement: Withdrawal requests will not be processed until a Member's KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. we88my may request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals.

we88my reserves the right to reverse any deposit or withhold any withdrawal pending investigation where fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct is suspected. Funds determined to be derived from criminal activity will be reported to appropriate authorities in accordance with applicable law.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, promotions, and free plays offered by we88my are subject to individual promotion-specific terms and conditions in addition to these general Terms. The following principles apply to all we88my promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are not transferable to the main funds wallet until applicable wagering requirements are satisfied.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Standard wagering contribution rates: slots 100%; live casino table games 10%–20%; sportsbook bets 100% at minimum odds of 1.50.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on we88my are subject to the specific rules of each game, sport, or event category as published on the Platform. The following general rules apply across all betting activity:

• All bets are final once confirmed. we88my does not accept requests to cancel, modify, or reverse confirmed bets except where an obvious technical error or pricing error has occurred.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect price or incorrect game outcome being displayed, we88my reserves the right to void all affected bets and refund stakes to Members' accounts.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per event as displayed within the Platform. we88my may adjust these limits for individual Members at its sole discretion.
• Settlement of sportsbook bets will occur in accordance with the official result of the relevant governing body or sports authority. we88my's determination of the applicable result is final.
• Bets placed using funds in a bonus wallet that remain subject to active wagering requirements may be subject to additional restrictions as specified in the relevant bonus terms.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute prohibited conduct on the we88my Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Operating or attempting to operate more than one account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using software, scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to automate gameplay or gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in matched betting, bonus abuse, or deliberate exploitation of pricing errors;
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes;
• Using the Platform to launder money or process payments for any unlawful purpose;
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals after funds have been used for wagering;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing we88my staff or other Members through any Platform communication channel.

8 Intellectual Property

All content available on the we88my Platform — including but not limited to the we88my name, logo, brand identity, website design, software code, game content, graphics, data feeds, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of we88my or its licensed third-party providers.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform;
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application;
• Use the we88my brand, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context without prior written consent.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we88my's aggregate liability to any Member arising from or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any bet or transaction shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

we88my shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if we88my has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

we88my makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Access to the Platform may be suspended for scheduled or emergency maintenance with or without prior notice. we88my will not be liable for losses arising from Platform unavailability.

10 Responsible Gaming

we88my is committed to providing a safe, responsible gaming environment for all Members. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Members via the Account Settings section of the Platform:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period when increased.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose in a given period.
• Session Time Limits: Set automatic session duration limits after which you will be logged out.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen reminders of your session duration and net win/loss position.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the Platform for a minimum of 30 days, up to 5 years. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During the exclusion period, all marketing communications will be suspended and attempts to circumvent exclusion will be refused.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

we88my reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Member's account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity;
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the Member;
• A determination by we88my that continued operation of the account poses a reputational, financial, legal, or regulatory risk to the Platform.

Upon termination for breach, we88my reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances and any winnings derived from wagering that violated these Terms. Legitimate real-money deposits (excluding funds used in violation of these Terms) will be returned subject to satisfactory completion of KYC and fraud review procedures. 12 Amendments to Terms

we88my reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to Members via email to the registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform homepage no less than 7 days prior to taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required to comply with a legal obligation or regulatory direction.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting we88my support.

The version of the Terms published on the Platform at the date of any dispute shall be the governing version, subject to any transitional provisions communicated at the time of amendment.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to we88my's licensed jurisdiction of operation under international gaming authority requirements. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to we88my's customer support team for good-faith resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within 30 days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution mechanism specified by we88my's gaming licensing authority. we88my's decision on all gaming-related disputes (including bet settlements, bonus determinations, and account status decisions) is final, subject to the review rights available under the applicable licensing framework.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Malaysian law that cannot be contractually excluded.
